Dear Merchant,
The following comment was added by the 2CheckOut Team,
All accounts from Belgrade are currently under suspension while we review U.S. OFAC regulations. All of our accounts in all OFAC-affected countries have been suspended for the course of the current review.
I cannot say at the moment if Belgrade accounts will be re-activated when our OFAC review is complete.
I know this is sudden, but it was necessary to immediately suspend all accounts in OFAC countries in order to avoid severe penalties to our company. If it is determined that we will be able to keep the Belgrade accounts we will get back to you with more information.

Hello Danko,
Yes, I understand the general sanctions formerly against the country as
a whole have been lifted and now there is a list of individuals from
Serbia that we cannot do business with.
This is an important part of the information to be reviewed by senior
management here at 2Checkout.

i opet odgovor na odgovor
Hello Danko,
The account doesn't need to be re-activated in order for you to receive
your payment. I think that your transfer on the 3-5th of January will
not be affected.
I don't know how long this review will take; I hope it will be less than
a week.
