@stil: U pravu si, najbitnija stvar i jeste brzina procesora, naravno i količina slobodnog RAM-a koja direktno utiče na upotrebljivost multitaskinga Symbian OS-a (pokretanje više aplikacija u isto vreme).
A sve to zajedno čini i najbitniju tehnološku razliku između različitih generacija i klasa telefona:

Primećeno je da se novijim verzijama firmware postiže bolja iskoristivost slobodnog RAM-a.
U početnim verzijama firmware obično se ne vodi mnogo računa o oslobađanju zauzete memorije nakon zatvaranja pokrenute aplikacije, takve stvari se obično naknadno "finiširaju" u kasnijim verzijama firmware... što je ujedno, uz uklanjanje uočenih bagova i glavna preporuka zbog čega bi trebalo povremeno ažurirati firmware.
